About the role, you'll be:
Community Engagement :
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community.
- Actively engage with members through various channels, ensuring a vibrant and
supportive environment.
- Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Content Management:
- Manage and approve content shared in the community.
- Schedule and coordinate regular posts, discussions, and activities to keep the
community engaged.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the company's values
and goals.
Event Coordination :
- Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and activities to enhance community
participation.
- Coordinate with guest speakers, influencers, and industry experts to contribute to
community events.
Moderation and Conflict Resolution :
- Monitor community interactions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Address conflicts or issues within the community promptly and in compassionate
way.
- Implement and enforce community guidelines consistently.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports on community growth, sentiment, and member feedback.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions on community strategy.
Member Advocacy :
- Identify and celebrate the achievements and contributions of community members.
- Act as a bridge between the community and the company, advocating for member
needs and feedback.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community efforts
with overall company objectives.
- Provide insights from the community to assist in product development and marketing
strategies.
- Someone having an interest in self-development and the online coaching business
You might be a good fit for this position if you:
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills/community engagement and nurturing skills
- Must have own Laptop to work with good WiFi speed
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing a community of 5K people
- A self-motivated person who can get things done proactively
- Someone having an interest in self-development and the online coaching business
