About the role, you'll be:
- Handling email inquiries with care
- Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Supporting Live Webinar Activities
- Following up with payment collections with various of products
- Support the backend operation of events and mentorship programs
- Supporting the operation of online events
- And more as we grow!
You might be a good fit for this position if you:
- Have excellent communication and written skills in English
- Able to utilize computer technology to support customer-related activities
- Proven 2-3 years customer support experiences
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to respond to quick changes or adjustments in project delivery
- You must have a constant and reliable computer and internet access
- Good efficiency with Excel, Microsoft Words, Google Chrome extension
- Having prior event organising experience is a plus!
